Terms of Covenant

“By commissioning an artifact from ManoVotTao, you enter into a mindful covenant. We commit to the authenticity of our twelve-century lineage; you commit to the mindful stewardship of the consecrated vessel.”

✦ Article I · Artisanal Exchange & Natal Finality

Every masterwork sculpted by ManoVotTao is an individualized creation, permanently attuned to your natal birth coordinates through our Three-Day Solar Protocol. This personal alignment constitutes an irreversible custom commissioning process.

The Principle of Personal Sovereignty: Each cosmological dossier, natal alignment, and consecrated vessel is strictly bound to a single individual's birth coordinates (The Beneficiary). To preserve cosmological and energetic integrity, cross-person testing, shared multi-user profiles, or retroactive beneficiary transfers are strictly prohibited. While patrons may purchase artifacts as gifts for others, the recipient's precise sovereign coordinates must be designated permanently at the time of commissioning.

No-Return Policy on Customized Artifacts: Consequently, all custom commissions, calibrated vessels, and natal alignment orders are finalized upon initiation of the calibration process. Under applicable commercial trade laws governing personalized goods, no returns, refunds, or cancellations are accepted once alignment has commenced, save for transit damage reported with photo/video proof within 48 hours of carrier delivery tracking verification.

✦ Article II · Timelines & Organic Variations

We strictly practice slow, mindful handcraft. To allow the calibration details to settle in complete harmony, please note our mandatory preparation windows:

• ◆ Standard Sanctuary Artifacts (3 Business Days): Pre-carved by masters; requires approximately three business days of dedicated solar calibration before secure dispatch.
• ◆ Bespoke Private Commissions (7 Business Days): Sculpted from virgin timber; requires at least seven business days of active carving and solar calibration before secure dispatch.

Organic Variations: Because each piece is carved by human hands from organic lightning-struck timbers and natural stones, your artifact will possess singular grain movement, mineral inclusions, and subtle micro-variations. These are not flaws, but the authentic hallmarks of sacred human craftsmanship.

✦ Article III · Digital Manuscripts & Order Bumps

Bespoke Alignment Counsel ($189 Standalone): A comprehensive, hand-calculated 9-page analytical mapping manuscript. Due to immediate, irreversible manual calculations initiated upon order placement, all digital dossiers are strictly non-refundable once analysis has commenced.

Essential Companion Blueprint ($59 Add-on): A 5-page elemental report available exclusively as an add-on during physical artifact commissioning. Should a physical artifact order be cancelled after the digital companion report has been generated and delivered, the non-refundable digital add-on fee ($59 USD) will be automatically retained from your refund balance.

✦ Article IV · VIP Privileges & Annual Recalibration

$500+ Sovereign Privilege: Cumulative physical masterwork purchases reaching $500+ USD (calculated strictly from tangible artifact investments, excluding standalone digital manuscripts and add-on advisory fees) unlock lifetime sanctuary patron status.

Annual Recalibration & Commissioning Rule: Patrons holding active sanctuary status enjoy a complete waiver of the $189 annual cosmological counsel fee. To redeem this complimentary recalibration, renewal must be initiated by securing the standard $189 consultancy through our Bespoke Private Commission channel, which is then 1:1 fully credited toward your new generative artifact commissioning. Standalone consultations, renewals without corresponding artifact commissioning, or purchases made through standard retail collection pages remain at regular offerings.

Social Sanctuary Rewards: Patrons who share authentic unboxing stories on Instagram or TikTok tagging @manovottao (achieving the 50+ Resonance Milestone of 50+ likes or authentic interactions) qualify for custom monogrammed, non-retail artisan gifts upon concierge verification.
