1. THE CHARACTERISTICS OF SACRED TIMBER
ManoVotTao creations are carved from authentic, naturally lightning-struck wood (Thunderwood) and organic heritage timbers. Due to the intense natural forces of lightning strikes and organic tree growth, every artifact inherently possesses unique lightning scars, natural wood grain variations, subtle tone shifts, and organic micro-fissures.
These organic markings are not defects, flaws, or craftsmanship errors—they are the authentic, unrepeatable signatures of natural lightning and biological heritage. If you seek factory-uniform, machine-molded perfection, we respectfully advise refraining from ordering. BESPOKE ALIGNMENT & ALL SALES FINAL COVENANT
Upon placement of an order, every artifact undergoes a dedicated 3-Day Resonance Alignment cycle bound specifically to the client's temporal coordinates (recipient name and solar birth date). Because each piece becomes uniquely personalized and consecrated to its keeper, all dispatched orders are final, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
2. DIGITAL ELEMENTAL GUIDES & REPORTS
All digital PDF reports, including the Personal Cosmological & Elemental Mapping Report (+39 Add-On), are customized digital intellectual assets generated specifically for your temporal coordinates. Once compiled or electronically delivered, digital assets are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS PRIOR TO DISPATCH
We understand that circumstances may evolve. Cancellation requests before physical parcel dispatch are governed by the following artisanal timeline:
- Within 24 Hours of Order Placement: If craftsmanship and 3-day alignment preparation have not commenced, a 100% full refund will be granted upon written request.
- After 24 Hours (During Alignment & Inscription Phase): Once the 3-day alignment process or physical engraving has begun, material timber is permanently allocated and labor is expended. If cancelled after 24 hours prior to shipping, a 30% Artisanal Preparation & Timber Fee will be retained, and the remaining 70% refunded.
- Post-Dispatch: Once dispatched with courier tracking, orders can no longer be cancelled or recalled.
4. MULTI-LAYERED SANCTUARY PACKAGING & TRANSIT CLAIMS
Every ManoVotTao artifact travels in a multi-stage protective sanctuary: encapsulated in a velvet pouch, encased within a solid hardwood presentation vessel, and surrounded by high-density shockproof outer armor. Physical damage during transit is virtually impossible under standard freight conditions.
In the extraordinary event that a parcel suffers catastrophic courier trauma or severe environmental climate damage (such as extreme humidity/dryness fractures during international flight):
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: To substantiate a transit insurance claim, the client MUST provide a continuous, unedited Unboxing Video recorded from the moment the sealed outer postal parcel is opened, showing the shipping label, the opening of the hardwood box, and the initial inspection of the artifact.
- 7-Day Claim Window: Notice and video proof must be transmitted to our support team within 7 days of carrier delivery at support@manovottao.com.
- Resolution Guarantee: Upon verification of legitimate courier damage via the unboxing video, ManoVotTao will immediately craft and dispatch a replacement creation at zero additional cost to you, or initiate a full insurance settlement.
